Terms for the Berth Report
Version 2026-11-draft1
Who sells the report
The report is produced by Domagoj Mikac, Lojenov prilaz 8, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("MarinaScope"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment.
What you get
A web report for the boat and the area you entered: the marinas that publish an annual sea-berth price for your boat, ranked by total yearly cost, with what is included, mandatory extras, winter-on-land options where published, size and lifting limits where the marina states them, nearest airports, and a comparison with other Mediterranean marinas. You receive a private link by email; it works for 12 months. The free preview before you order shows how many marinas cover your boat in each area.
What the report is not
Prices are taken from the marinas' own published price lists (and, where labelled, from owner reports or estimates) on the date shown. They are general information, not an offer or a quote. Always confirm the price and the contract terms with the marina. The report is not legal, tax or financial advice.
Price and payment
€49 per report, including VAT where applicable. Payment, VAT and invoices are handled by Paddle.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. When ordering you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the report is delivered. If the report is wrong or incomplete for the boat you entered, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will correct it or refund you.
Use
The report is for your own use. Please do not resell or republish it.
Liability
We take care that the report reflects the published prices correctly, but marinas change prices and conditions. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
